Where We Ship

At this time, Yuelora ships exclusively within the United States.

We currently do not offer shipping to:

Canada
Mexico
U.S. territories outside the continental shipping network
APO/FPO addresses
International destinations

Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, seasonal promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers by email.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse.

We strive to keep shipping costs straightforward and transparent.

Standard Shipping

Orders under $99: $9.99 shipping fee
Orders of $99 or more: Free Standard Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

No additional handling fees or hidden shipping charges will be added after checkout.

After shipment, most orders arrive within:

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
