We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are included whenever possible.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used bedding products

  • Washed bedding products

  • Products with visible signs of wear

  • Products damaged by improper use or care

  • Clearance or Final Sale items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior authorization

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return an item because:

  • The product does not match your personal preference

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges paid during checkout are not refundable.

Seller Error or Product Defect

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after review and approval.

  • Product completeness

  • Packaging condition

  • Eligibility under this policy

7. Refund Approval

Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refund issued by Yuelora: 1–3 business days

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Products are returned with missing components

  • Products are returned damaged by the customer

  • Products show signs of use

  • Products are not returned in original condition

The amount deducted will depend on the condition of the returned merchandise.


10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging if applicable

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

11. Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

14. Exchanges

At this time, Yuelora does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, or size, please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item (if eligible).

  2. Place a new order for the desired product.
