Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your selected items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we may be able to modify or cancel it.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact customer support.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

Yuelora currently ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders under $99: $9.99

  • Orders of $99 or more: Free Standard Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


What if my package is delayed?

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays.

If your package appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the shipment.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned according to our Return & Refund Policy


Do you offer exchanges?

No.

At this time, Yuelora does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original eligible item.


Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect selection, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, Yuelora will provide return instructions and assist with the return process.


When will I receive my refund?

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Inspection typically takes 2–5 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


Can I return a used or washed product?

No.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return.

Are comforters included with duvet cover sets?

Not necessarily.

Duvet inserts, comforters, or decorative accessories shown in product images may not be included unless specifically stated.

Please review product details before purchasing.


Will the color match what I see online?
